From my first appointment to discuss design to picking out cupboard colours & bench tops is a breeze. Jake listens to what the client wants and his communication with timelines & deliveries is excellent. The kitchen is built at Box Designed's factory and it is great to be able to be able to support a local business. I would definitely recommend Box Designed if anyone is looking at putting in a new kitchen.

Jake was amazing he shares so much passion in designing his kitchens, has a great flare for bathroom vanities as well, he enjoys seeing a smile appear seeing someone happy with design, helping me with a new open plan kitchen with island bench, communication every step of the way was brillant always checking in. Attention to detail was excellent. The help i received from Jake helping me with choosing the interior design paint colours , tiles, tap wear, stone bench top Tarj Mahal, cupboard handles and so forth was wonderful and to see it on the big TV screen in the studio how it would look like was also amazing..iam smiling all the way. A big thankyou to Luke for helping with installation ..Thankyou Sharne

We’re so happy with our new kitchen! Thank you Jake and your team for a wonderful job! From the beginning Box Designed were thinking ‘outside the box’ to design a better layout in our kitchen space. Meetings and chats along the way kept us all moving forward. Thanks also to the other trades for their prompt services along the way. Very happy to recommend Box Designed for your next Kitchen project, we will definitely be back for the laundry!!

Working with Jake Francis from Box. Design has been one of the most rewarding decisions I made during my renovation.
From the very first meeting, I felt an immediate sense of trust in Jake’s vision. He listened closely, understood the atmosphere I wanted to create in my open‑plan space, and returned with a design that felt like he had reached into my imagination and brought it to life — beautiful, thoughtful, and genuinely practical.

What stood out most was his care. The attention to detail, the clever space‑saving ideas I never would have thought of, and his calm, collaborative way of guiding the process made everything feel effortless. Instead of stress, I felt excitement.

The final result has transformed my home, and I’m genuinely thrilled every time I walk into the space. I can’t recommend Jake and the Box. Design team highly enough; they didn’t just design rooms — they created a place that feels truly mine.

I’m thrilled with the result and can’t recommend Jake and the Box. Design team highly enough.

recommends Box Designed was recommended to me and I'm so pleased I engaged them for my kitchen. Jake was a dream and listened to what I was trying to achieve. He was professional and gave great advice before drawing up my plans. I wanted some last minute changes to the design which Jake accommodated without any fuss. I now have a spectacular and very functional kitchen that will stand the test of time. Great outcome and good value! I'm now in discussion with Box Designed to do my laundry because they did such a great job on the kitchen. Thanks Jake!!

I’m over the moon

Jake francis from Box Designed, designed and installed my kitchen Wardrobes and Study. From the very beginning he assisted me through the design and planning stage where I selected all materials and finishes in his showroom, right through to installation and final sign off. Jake Project managed the whole job including the electrician/Plumber/Tiler and Plasterer the finished product was exactly as he had designed, and looked exactly the same as the 3d renders he supplied. The whole job was completed ahead of schedule and I’m over the moon. Jakes overall skill in cabinetry is fantastic and I would use him again. Highly recommend.

Exceeded my expectations

Last year I was searching for a kitchen company to design and build my new kitchen and approached a few companies with the opportunity to provide a design and quote with varying success and disappointment. The design had its challenges with the new layout requiring more to be fitted into the existing footprint without compromising on my non-negotiable requirements whilst still considering my wish list. From the moment I approached Jake at Box Designed with the same spec as the others his can-do and problem solving approach separated him from the pack. Jake worked hard to find solutions, listening to my wishes and concerns whilst always keeping the budget in check. No question was to small and no detail was left unchecked. We worked together to select fittings and finishes giving me everything I wanted which exceeded my expectations. From the moment Jake and his fantastic team entered this project I was confident they’d deliver a top quality beautiful kitchen and they delivered, on time, on budget and with care. The results speak for themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending Box Designed and will happily endorse them in the future.
