Our Custom Laundry Process

  1. Consultation: Schedule an appointment to visit our showroom in Taylors Beach, Port Stephens. During this initial visit, we’ll discuss your vision, preferred colours, materials, and budget. You can take home samples to consider in your space.
  2. On-Site Meeting: In our second meeting, we’ll visit your premises to take measurements. We’ll review the options that inspired you and discuss how to implement them in your space.
  3. Quote and Sketch Review: We’ll provide a written quote along with an initial sketch of the proposed design. This is an opportunity to discuss adjustments and explore options that might affect the price.
  4. Design Process: After accepting the quote with a 10% deposit, we start the detailed design process. You’ll view a 3D rendering of your new cabinetry, including chosen appliances, on our showroom TV, allowing you to visualize the space and make final adjustments before production.
  5. Production and Installation: Once the design is finalised, we begin production of your custom kitchen at our Taylors Beach factory. Our expert team will then handle the installation, ensuring every detail is perfect and your new kitchen is exactly what you envisioned.
